Despacho Means “sending a message or care package” in Spanish

Release into the light , return to the love, and ride the wave. Join me for a one hour yoga class honouring the change of season, elements and directions and a Peruvian Q’eros Shamanic tradition.

Together we will build a practice and a care package to honour the Spring Equinox. Upon completion you will realign, raise vibration, restore wellbeing, return to clarity and if there is anything you need to release or seeds planted you will be given the tools. Upon completion of the workshop you will have folded into a small package all your worries and or dreams and wrap with yarn. Made from biodegradable materials and elements for your to take home and burn or bury at bedtime or officially 11:50pm on March 19th.

Class and workshop will run 2-3 hours

SPRING EQUINOX represents new light and life, new beginnings, seeds, and path. The fact that the day and night are equal on the equinox represents our own need for balance at this time.
