Changing the world begins with the very personal process of changing yourself.

The only place to begin is where you are (cottage, home, office) and the only time you can begin is now.

Our private classes are available for you and up to 12 friends at your own Muskoka/Seguin or Georgian Bay location. We come to you with mats, blocks, and props providing a class specific to your needs.

We love weekends, family gatherings, bridal showers, corporate gatherings, and any moment where you can unroll your mat and enjoy.

Typically a one-hour class in our area is $180.00 plus HST subject to location. There may be a small additional travel fee.
