Barre classes are designed to strengthen and balance the whole body and to develop posture and alignment. Inspired by the energy and flow of dance training, these workouts incorporate strength training, cardio training, core conditioning and deep stretch. Barre classes strive to replicate movements used in functional activities. These exercises train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, which improves quality of life.
